Pasta Casserole
There’s nothing better than comfort food, especially during fall and winter. And for me, casseroles are the epitome of comfort food. Anything that I can cook ahead of time, throw together and add some cheese to will always be a favorite of mine.
I’m not sure when I came up with this recipe, but it’s been a staple in our house for years! It’s the perfect make ahead dinner for those busy weeknights. Serve alone or with French bread and salad.
